It depends on the scope. A pitch deck runs $1,750–$6,000. A financial model is $1,500–$5,500. The outreach engine is $2,500–$3,500 per month. Full end-to-end support adds a 3% success fee on capital raised. We send a fixed quote after a 30-minute discovery call, no surprises.

As early as you're serious about raising. Most of our clients engage us 2–3 months before they want meetings in the calendar. Some come earlier, when the narrative is still forming. Some come mid-raise, when their existing deck isn't converting, and they need a reset. All three work.

Pitch deck agencies design slides. We build the investment case, which is different. The deck is one deliverable inside a broader engagement: strategy, model, outreach, diligence support, and close management. If you only need a deck, we can do that too, but most founders find they need the full stack once they start talking to investors.
